The house is surrounded by a stone wall on a plot of more than 2,000 m2. Its porch is facing the Cuera mountain, with extraordinary views of trees and absolute tranquility, although it is not isolated. There are paths that go down to the very center of Villa de Llanes i on foot. By car it takes 5 minutes, with a large supermarket at the entrance La Pereda is a charming village, search the net. La Casa de Rafael is a Luxury Casona in Asturias, it is inserted in a unique place, with fabulous views of the valley . It has a very cozy First Floor with a very spacious living room with armchairs and a TV space, a very complete kitchen with many accessories to be able to make all kinds of recipes. A dining room with a fireplace and a terrace with amazing views. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with three full bathrooms and a hall with a sofa bed to attach another guest.

Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system.
