Loft holiday rentals in Asturias

Roberto's place is a very modern, fully equipped apartment in the middle of the classic part of old Aviles -- the best of both worlds ! Roberto was super helpful when we arrived and gave us lots of great local tips and suggestions. I will be looking to stay with him again when I return to Aviles !

The apartment is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a few days. Communication with Abelardo also worked out just fine. He gave us some good tips in the area.

The house is great, although your living family upstairs you have a lot of privacy. The first day she welcomed us with fruits, eggs, and milk. She is always pending questions and responding quickly. We've been very comfortable. The views and the quiet, which was what we were looking for have hit the nail! Thank you!

We’re so happy we got to stay in Marta’s home. She was there to check us in and showed us everything in the apartment as well as how to access the garage. The home is so beautiful and cozy—it was ideal for our first time in Asturias! It’s very close to parks, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, and the old town. Since we were there for more than a week, we were really grateful for the spacious kitchen, common areas, and laundry in unit. Don’t hesitate to book!

Full loft with a huge terrace. Garage and community pool. Clean and with detail: Gels in the bathroom and fresh water in the fridge.

A fantastic place. Everything is very well maintained, it has everything you need to stay and cook, and it was very clean. The host was always attentive to us and willing to help in any way we needed, a wonderful person. She also prepares delicious fabada to order. The house's surroundings are beautiful, all green and very well cared for... there is an area for children to play or lie in hammocks... You can leave your car next to the house, it's very convenient. It is located in a very quiet area without noise, but a few kilometers away by car you have very nice beaches and villages. I recommend it completely, we will definitely be back

An incredible place! The views are beautiful, the house is very cozy and everything works well. We loved being outside at the tables and talking to people staying in the other house in the village. Marian helped us with any questions and was very nice. We'll definitely be back, thank you!

Perfect location for visiting Asturias and Cantabria. The village has everything: supermarkets, shops, restaurants... The apartment block is very well located, near the entrance and exit of the village and easy parking nearby. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and is more than perfect for two or three people. I highlight the good view from the tarraza. Good details, such as welcome and necessary for some meal during the stay. Smooth communication at all times and answering any questions. It's one of the places I wouldn't mind repeating.

Laura's place was great for a month long stay. Felt right at home from day one and Laura was friendly without being intrusive. Location is great, next to busy bars and restaurants which was what I was looking for. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything I needed.

Very well located apartment if you want to spend a few days skiing in San Isidro. Very good communication and the apartment is very nice.

Beautiful! The apartment is even more beautiful in person. Check-in done with the mother-in-law Clara who turned out to be a treasure! very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information. Both Beatriz and German are available and very kind. The apartment has everything you need and more. It's a 2-minute walk to anything you want to do!! recommended!

Perfectly equipped and very clean house, located near very good beaches that can be reached by taking a walk. Although it does not have a patio, it is not lacking as it is the end of a cut street where cars do not arrive. In our case we have breakfast, eaten and dinner out. Nice views

Adam and his son are great hosts, pleasant welcome, clear explanations about the loft and the operation of equipment. It's also very nice that they think along with you and can contact them with questions. Inside the loft it is an oasis of peace, you can stay there very pleasantly, the renovation is very nicely executed with high quality and warm materials. The beds and showers are wonderful. The location in the center is very nice, especially because there is a lot of coziness in Gijon and few tourists, many locals, plenty of nice restaurants to discover and plenty to do in Gijon and surroundings. Street parking in the area is not recommended if you want to return your rental car neatly, But there are 2 great parking garages very close. As tips to visit: the old bathhouses under the square by the church, the train museum around the corner and of course a ride to the pico's cannot be missed. We can only recommend the beautiful loft and will definitely come back.
