Positive: The place was spotless. Better than in the photos, there was always excellent communication with Abel , a very friendly person The house is very nice better than in the photos , it is a place with a lot of security is a mini fractionation. I appreciate the attention and details you had with us. Negative : There are not many frets but if the basics , the neighbors of the fractionation are special so you have to leave the vehicle perfectly parked and there is no air conditioning, there are fans but not in all the rooms, we went in April and the house was fortunately cool. Even so I think we were very comfortable , we would definitely come back !! Thank you

The ranch is a magnificent retreat in the Oaxacan countryside. The rooms are big and clean, the sitting areas are comfortable (especially the hammocks!), and the estate is a perfect spot to read, write, meditate or wander around aimlessly. The nearby river is clean and fast and perfect for a refreshing dip, and the very well maintained pool on site is likely where you’ll spend most of your day. If given the option of having the staff prepare your meals, absolutely do it. We ate three delicious meals every day including the best mole any of us have ever had. Make friends with the cats and dogs. Enjoy watching the horses gallop around every morning. Do the half hour hike to see the 3,000 year old cave drawings. Stroll around town and check out the dozens of murals that were painted this past summer. Bring long sleeved shirts and pants for the evenings and use the bug spray provided as the insects are abundant but manageable.

it was a nice and comforting stay, the house is comfortable and very spacious. The privacy of each bedroom was perfect. it is close to the road and close to the archaeological zone of Atzompa and the Artisan market. Ideal for families and the treatment of the hosts very friendly and approachable. Even though we had setbacks with our check in and check out, they were very accessible and flexible.

The house is as shown in the photos, it is very comfortable , it has all the facilities for small children, it is located in a very quiet area, there is no noise to rest after busy days, it is close to supermarkets and cremerías, it has a garage and a service patio. Communication with Lucy was immediate. We'll definitely be back.

It's a solid 5 stars mostly because of Roberto and his family. They helped us in so many ways, whether it is arranging drop-off or pick-up at the airport or helping us extensively when my friend got taken into the hospital. All the problems we had (like loss of internet), he was very quick to help. The house is very pretty and big, beds very confortable but also had a few problems (voltage drops, leaks that triggers the pump frequently, dogs barking at night, occasional smell in the bathroom) that might be a concern if you work remote but I imagine perfectly fine if you're on holidays. All in all, many thanks Roberto!
