Usami is located between Atami Station and Ito Station. Usami Seaside is a 5-minute walk from the station.Located 1 minute to the sea. It is a gentle descent from the station. Atami and Ito have many hills, but even with a large carry, you can easily arrive on foot. (Stairs will be up to your unit on the second floor!) The city that flourished with the sea is compact. You can eat and shop on foot. A safe and quiet city surrounded by mountains and the sea, with unattended sales offices. Stylish cafe bars, old houses, and restaurants. It is only 4minutes away from Kinomiya station and 9 minutes away from Atami station by car. This designer house was renovated in December 2021, and features a Japanese-modern style with a clean atmosphere. In a garden, there is a stone outdoor hot spring bath which provides a relaxing view. If you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the beautiful stars.
