This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. There are many popular spots nearby that are frequently featured on TV, such as Miyagase Dam, hot springs, Ogino Bread Factory, Hattori Ranch, cafes, and tree adventures.

This private house with an open-air bath is an 11-minute walk from Asakusa Station and can accommodate up to two people. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

You can rent one side of a two-family home, with 1F (entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet) and 2F (6 tatami and 4.5 tatami Japanese-style rooms with private bedrooms) available for rent. There is one shared door between our house and yours, but it is always locked to prevent people from going between the houses.
