Tiny house holiday rentals in Atlantic Canada

It’s small, but that’s what we were looking for, as we spent a lot of time away from the cabin. The cabin contained everything that we needed, and was not overstuffed with extra stuff.

I had a an amazing stay! The communication was amazing, Suzanne was a great help with local recommendations. Everything was as described & her property was gorgeous. There was some walking trails to explore, a beautiful balcony to watch the stars and enjoy. Will come back to enjoy another stay!

This place is amazing! The cabin was super clean, the self-check in went smoothly and there is even a sauna!

We absolutely loved our stay in Becka's bungalow at the blueberry farm. Such a peaceful and beautiful place! The bungalow had everything we needed for our stay and more. Becka was so helpful with anything we needed. The eggs were delicious and we loved the animals. We also enjoyed hiking to Schoodic Mountain directly from the farm. We would love to come back. Our cozy little apartment was perfect to break up the long drive on the highway. The added bonus of the delicious restaurant right next was a real gift. That is the best italian meal I have had since my trip to italy. Thanks so much!

Place is exactly as advertised. Lovely comfortable stay on the coast. Nearby section of the east coast trail is beautiful.

It was a great little cabin! Very thoughtful touches and a great location for exploring Acadia and Bar Harbor. We were greeted by a Bard Owl in the woods too, it was a great place to stay.

Barrisway Retreat is absolutely stunning. Sitting in the deck or in the hot tub enjoying the beautiful surroundings, the sound of the river flowing and the birds chirping is just so peaceful. I cannot say enough about this place and how perfect it is! Kim was a wonderful host who surely puts her guests as #1, from the little snack basket provided right down to cozy sandals and robes for after the hot tub. It was the perfect date night ♥️ 11/10 🫶🏼

We just had the pleasure of spending two nights at Ocean Breeze Haven in Burlington—what a sweet tiny home! Nestled along a river, we loved listening to the sound of rushing water while soaking in the hot tub. The sunset views from the deck were an added bonus. Rona was very responsive to our messages both before and during our stay, which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed exploring the community and had several great meals at Blanche’s Hideaway, just a quick three-minute drive away (highly recommend the fish and chips!). We took a trip to Middle Arm as well and had a delicious Donair burger for lunch at the Chuckwag’n Restaurant. We can’t wait to visit again!

Incredibly place to relax and unwind…. All the extra touches to an already stunning view made this a place to never want to leave. The cottage was perfectly cleaned and stocked and the hosts were kind and responsive. Will be back.

Our 2 nights there were great! It was very clean and tidy and walking distance to family.

From the detailed instructions to being welcomed with a warm, beautiful smelling cabin with music playing to the fantastic spa, everything about this stay was thoughtful and done with care. Stacey and Brian could not have been any more wonderful. They even took extra-special care of us when a wind storm blew in and knocked out the power. It's always a challenge to find pet-friendly stays that are super-clean. However, that was not an issue here. Other than the special bowls, towels, and treats they left for our pup, you would never know any animals had stayed there. Having a private spa at your disposal doesn't hurt either! starting and ending a day of hiking with a Nordic spa is a little slice of heaven! All in all, we couldn't have been more pleased, and we would recommend to anyone ☺️

Devin’s place is a little piece of paradise. We fell asleep each night to the sound of the frogs. Very clean, spacious and comfy! Devin is also very helpful with the checkin/checkout process and available should you need him. Loved our stay!

Couldn’t say better things about our stay! It was clean, all set up with fire logs ready to go for a fire, wood fired hot tub was ready for us and heated up to hop in right away! Amazing views, woke up to the sun rise over the water that we watched in bed each morning! It was just a perfect gateway and way to recharge! Thank you so much Jenn!

I was in town for the Millinocket Marathon and Mike's place perfectly suited my needs! The space was extremely clean and well-organized. Mike was great to communicate with and provided a seamless check-in experience. He was also available in case I needed anything, which I truly appreciated!

If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway, this is the perfect spot for you. Relaxing mornings spent sipping coffee while enjoying the peaceful sound of the river flowing and evening dips in wood fired hot tub. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Also, highly recommend making a trip into town to Schoolhouse Brewery, very dog friendly patio and welcoming staff.

My daughter and I stayed at Joan and Jim’s for two nights while we explored the area. Jim was there to greet us, show us around, and at night even started the fire for us! On our last night he took us on a sunset boat tour of the lake, told us stories all with Gemma the incredible cute sidekick cuddling with my daughter! The view of the lake, the peacefulness and the hospitality were all spectacular! The house is as described a tiny house with the bed in the loft with a low ceiling if you’re tall this might be an issue but was fine for us. As noted in some of the other comments, the toilet is now standard toilet and not compostable and the tiny home has been moved so you really get to look out at the lake. Overall, our stay was amazing and no doubt why they get super host status!!

Amazing tiny home and a perfect spot to relax on a rainy day. Communication with host was great and quick. The tiny home had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We had such a great experience and will love to book again next summer 😊

My partner and I had such a wonderful and relaxing time away. This place was a perfect get away from the city. It was cozy and very private. It was very clean. There was bottled water provided for us upon arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was our favourite part of the stay. It was clean and so warm! It was a perfect size for the two of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

This was a wonderful stay! Very cute and cozy for a getaway. We enjoyed watching the stars, walking along the shore and playing the board games that the accomodation had.

we came down for a wedding outside of saint john so we rented the air bnb for ourselves to have a vacation as we don't live in the province we loved the ability to cook in the kitchen watch TV on the cozy couch and eat our meals on the covered porch luckily there was a heat wave so even though the water was cool it was well worth it I'll definitely stay here again and our friends that met us at the swimming hole would love to book the place for winter to go skiing

My dog, girlfriend, and I stayed at The Petite Retreat for my birthday and had a wonderful time. The area was close to the ferry and there were plenty of things to do in the area. Alana gave great recommendations on places to visit (highly recommend Cape Forchu) and there were some great food spots within a close driving distance. Alana was very reliable when it came to communication and instructions. The only drawback was that there was no running water but there is water access in the tiny home so very small problem with a easy solution. I will definitely be recommending The Petite Retreat to any friends interested in visiting Nova Scotia!!
