Situato vicino al centro storico medievale di Montepagano: un borgo nato nell' XI secolo dove staccare la spina dalla frenesia cittadina non è mai stato così facile. A soli 4 km potrete godervi splendide giornate di mare nella cittadina di Roseto degli Abruzzi, da sempre un'ambita meta turistica. Dal 1999 il comune si fregia della Bandiera Blu.

Villa Cervo nel Voltigno (1150m above sea level) consists of 6 bedrooms (16 beds), a living room, a kitchen, 4 bathrooms and a games room ... for a total of over 200sqm. It is located in "Le Scalate", a green residential area in Villa Celiera, within Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga National Park, between Mt. Morrone and Merletti di Villa Celiera rocky spurs, with views of the surrounding mountains, and is also a few kilometres from the Piana del Voltigno. Pescara and the beach are 40km away.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The house, surrounded by greenery, offers newly renovated accommodation, equipped with every comfort: new bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink, a living area with kitchen (induction cooktop with two burners) and a double bedroom. The accommodation overlooks a garden and a patio. Pets and farmyard animals live with us, and you can visit them. The room overlooks the patio, with a view of Monte Majella. The apartment is on two floors and consists of a kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a bedroom overlooking the surrounding landscape.
