The house is set back from the road, fenced, a few steps from the town centre, in a peaceful setting. Designed to facilitate accessibility for people with reduced mobility, it offers spacious living areas for young and old! Ideal for a stay with family or friends! Pets allowed (on request)

Beautiful authentic stone house with exposed beams, fully renovated and fully equipped. Heated pool (open from mid-April to early October), large terrace, outdoor kitchen and bar, hot tub area. House located in a quiet commune less than 20 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon. Bakery next door. Supermarket 5 mins away NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - NEIGHBOURS ALL AROUND THE HOUSE. A small JBL speaker is available; no other speaker should be used.
