I welcome you to my 2-room apartment that I leave at your disposal for your stay. On the 6th and last floor of a quiet residence, it is located on the edge of the pentagon (city center), all services and places to go are within walking distance. I am a big fan of traveling by booking my accommodation through Airbnb, thanks to this experience I have designed and equipped the apartment to make you feel perfectly comfortable during a stopover in Yonnaise.

This 25 m2 independent accommodation can comfortably accommodate 2 people (possibility of an extra 140 bed for another adult or two children). Ideally located in a quiet area, the village of Clouzeaux is a 15-minute walk and a 1-minute drive away. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike are possible from the house around the old Clouzeaux quarry.

Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.

We rent a accommodation: a 14m2 main room includes a bed with a recent mattress (February 2023), a large wardrobe, an office and a kitchen with microwave grill, a kettle (no coffee machine) and 2 electric hobs. Dishes, garbage cans are available. Bathroom of 4 m2 adjoining includes shower, toilet, sink. Everything is located on the ground floor of our home with independent entrance and south-facing terrace.
