Villa Trouz Ar Mor

Traversez: vous êtes sur la plage. La Villa Trouz Ar Mor (classée Meublé de Tourisme) vous propose un rez-de-jardin de choix disposant d’une cour privée équipée. Son intérieur est cosy et offre un piano accessible aux musiciens sur demande. Le linge est fourni. Le logement est non-fumeur, les animaux ne sont pas admis. Come and rest and recharge your batteries in Audierne, a small seaside resort with 3600 inhabitants. Visit the Pointe du Raz, the Bay of the Dead (surfing), Pointe du Van and take the boat to the pier of Saint Evette and sail to the island of Sein. Walk past the lighthouse of La Vielle. After this good trip, sit down around some good pancakes or enjoy a good seafood platter. Then settle down in our 70 m2 apartment only 50 meters from the sea, where you can have a swim.

This is a fisherman's house (Pen Ty) renovated in 2014, comfortable, completely redone in 2017 and furnished in a practical and warm way the same year. It is located in the village of Trez Kermaléro, (near the small port of Loch), in the municipality of PRIMELIN. For fishing enthusiasts, surfers and hikers, or just those who love to relax!

Enjoy the charm of the famous seaside resort of Bénodet (5 stars), with this beautiful apartment T2, very bright, completely renovated, on the 1st floor of a small residence exceptionally quiet, with a magnificent sea view. The residence is ideally located, close to two sandy beaches, close to all shops, restaurants (whose maps of the best addresses will be available), a cinema, a casino and a completely renovated Thalasso (all 500 m away).

"Camarinas" is a 1981 Oceanis 350 sailboat with a pleasant interior and an outdoor table to enjoy meals or aperitifs overlooking the harbour. Bedding, towels and dish towels provided Equipped kitchen (gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge), toilet and heating on board and access to the port's sanitary facilities (very clean and nearby), after agreement possibility of staying until 5 p.m.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
