Welcome to the old water mill in Südhorsten. The place is located between Bückeburg and Stadthagen in the heart of the Schaumburg region. This 63 sqm apartment was completely renovated in 2024. The apartment can accommodate 2 people, but also has a pull-out couch so that even a maximum of 4 people can stay here. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator overlooking the garden and a large balcony.

Small separate apartment right in the center

I rent a small cozy 1-room apartment with a separate entrance right in the center of town. At the top under the roof you will find a living room-bedroom with a small desk, armchairs and a 140 x 200 bed, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen. Bakeries, supermarkets and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The bedroom opens out to the garden and is so beautifully quiet. Stadthagen train station is a 20-minute walk. A bike can be rented on request.

In the village and yet central

Our apartment is located in a two-family house in Fischbeck. It is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony. The apartment is very conveniently located for cyclists and has very good connections to Hameln. The bus runs every half hour during the week. Hanover can also be reached via the A2 or the federal highway within 45 minutes. In the village there is a good restaurant, Greek snack bar, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor.

Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.
