The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. Cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

An additional advantage is a large, open terrace. The apartment has a thermostat to adjust the room temperature. The level of convenience in these apartments can compete with 4-star hotels. Ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate 4 people on the pull-out sofa in the living room. There are external cameras on the territory. Be calm.
