Holiday rentals with a kayak in Augusta County

My sisters and mother stayed at Lee's house for a weekend getaway and we loved it. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was space for us to spread out and relax and hang out. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking meals. There are plenty of towels for all the bathrooms. It is quiet and serene and you feel secluded, but it was easy to get to Lexington and Staunton to see some sights. Lee was very kind, responsive, and communicated her expectations very clearly. Our whole group loved the accommodations and would definitely come back.

Zachary’s house is amazing!! Beautiful, with a well stocked kitchen if you like to cook, and an absolutely incredible location. This is the best place to stay if you want somewhere quiet and peaceful but still within an easy drive to Shenandoah, Staunton, etc. Zachary was super responsive and helpful—he even split firewood so we could have a fire one evening. One thing to note is there is a cat that lives outdoors that sometimes sneaks in, so maybe not the best place if you have a cat allergy. But otherwise highly recommend! We had a great stay.

Charles's cottage was just as described and depicted in the profile. It is surrounded by beautiful farmland and close to lots of local attractions, including vineyards and breweries. Very peaceful and quiet.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and loved every minute. Beautiful location, comfy beds, excellent bathtub. Make sure to spend some time sitting on the covered porch off the living room.

honestly the drive up in the mountains to the air bnb is nice! the place is nice small and quiet. I enjoyed my stay and if I'm ever in the area best believe I'm coming back!

Our family had a wonderful time gathering at Dana's house. This is a special and historic property with loads of space! Our children really enjoyed the bunk beds and toys/books in the family room, as well as some outdoor fun. The hosts are gracious, attentive, and easily accessible for any needs that arise - they stay in the guest house just steps away!

John’s mountain home was absolutely perfect. He easily approved a late check out to accommodate my son’s nap, he proactively let me know when the house was ready early, and he quickly addressed questions we had once we were in. The home was clean and inviting throughout. The attention paid to dog-friendliness was above and beyond! They had dog beds in a couple rooms and toys for pups to play with. The location is great, too. A quick drive to a few spots at the resort and 15/20 mins to some great breweries and wineries where my son and dog could play. I would definitely stay at John’s house again!
