This is not a luxury home but comfortable. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and another bathroom accessible to all on the second floor. All 3 bathrooms have shower stalls with no bath tub. One will find an additional restroom with toilet and sink on the ground floor. Kitchen is small, situated on a corner with large windows facing 2 directions where one can look out to left at a small court yard, with a large round table, available to guests and to the right a large public access court yard.

Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind. Les Lilas is a small 50 m² house with a small private garden, a south-facing terrace and it is on one level. The American cemetery is less than 2 km away, and the beach is 1.2 km away. We live there and will be on hand to welcome you and answer your questions. The price includes rental, beds made, towels, heating in season, and Wi-Fi, TV. optional cleaning.
