Enjoy a stylish, bright and central 60 m2 accommodation with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace. Completely renovated, it is comfortable and in a good location. It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... This fully equipped studio is located on the second floor of our house so access is via a staircase. Bright accommodation with a lovely view of the countryside and a stone's throw from the Garonne. Peaceful and quiet place, an outdoor space is also available with a parking space, barbecue as well as outdoor table and chair. Close to the greenway bike path about 5 km, about 10 minutes from Réole and 15 minutes from the highway.

Our cottage located in the vineyards of Entre-deux-Mers is 40 minutes from Bordeaux, 14 km from Sauternes, 37 km from St Emilion and one hour from Bassin d'Arcachon.
