Fanny’s house is utterly beautiful inside and out. It’s so unusual to find a private quiet garden with a stunning view of the lake, and access to it via a private path. We made use of it paddle boarding and swimming every day as a family. The house had everything we could need. Fanny was really helpful and kind. Would totally recommend.

Very well located apartment, in the center of Duingt. We had a pleasant time despite a very capricious weather. The apartment is close to several restaurants and a convenience store which is a plus:). Nearby road traffic may be inconvenient during rush hours, if you want to fully enjoy the balcony. The view of Lake Annecy is really sumptuous, thank you Sophie!

What a beautiful setting for nature lovers like us. It had everything to feel good. The impeccable accommodation, but also this breathtaking view of the lake and the mountain. Bike, hike, good little restaurants too, shops within walking distance, a host responsive to our questions. We recommend this magical place!

Menthon Saint Bernard is an amazing place to be!! Wonderful with the mountains and lake. Nice restaurant down by the lake. A small good grocery store and a cafe on the square which is a bit of a public gathering place. Nice!!!

It is a cozy, bright and spacious apartment in a very likeable quiet village with a wonderful view of Lake Geneva. In the summer, you can dive into the lake in 2 less. The kitchen is full of conveniences, all useful utensils and appliances are provided and basic herbs are also available. The spacious bathroom and bedroom are accessible via a ( quite steep) staircase. In the living room there is a lovely lazy sofa to relax on the loungers:) The apartment is also an ideal base for trips to Switzerland - like Geneva. This was the second time we were here - all in all, so recommended !

Comfortable and quiet stay by the lake!

we had a relaxing stay, the peids in the water:) the bedding was good quality. The gite had the expected comfort. The site is very nice with swimming pool and games room. the first shops are only 10 min walk. Sébastien is attentive, present and discreet at the same time. Their recommendations are always relevant. A beautiful meeting in a beautiful area.

Great house in secluded area of the campsite, very near dog friendly beach and all the sights of the lake. Turid was very responsive to the queries we had. Recommend.

We had an ideal vacation at Thierry's The House is modern, functional and above all the setting is beautiful. We had taken our canoes and leave the dock to walk in the caneaux or go to the beach it's just great. There are many beaches where you are on your own and are within walking distance from the residence. We were able to play tennis every day and book one of the four courses in advance. There is also a swimming pool, pétanque courts and ping pong tables near the clubhouse where we ordered good pizzas. There are also quite a few things to see in the area. Very good contact with our host. Very friendly and responds quickly to messages. We hope to return next year.

Accommodation is perfectly as described in the advertisement. The host went above and beyond to make the place as enjoyable as possible. It is well equipped and functional and quite cozy. Well located apartment in the resort. We spent a week there skiing. There were 4 of us, two teenagers and two parents. The slopes are a few minutes' walk away. And the shops right next to the building. Thanks to Jennifer for a great week

Very good stay at Dan's in a very quiet area, with shutters to obscure the light, little opposite, close to the lake, and buses at the foot of the building. Convenient and minimalist, very good for a short stay 👍

an extremely peaceful accommodation where we had a lovely week watching the lake, hiking and enjoying the garden. Quite isolated, but that's what we were looking for! We'll be back!!

Thank you for this stay which for us was relaxing, both for the tranquility of the place and by the house The weather was not mild with us, but we picked up mushrooms, beautiful porcini mushrooms and yellow girolles, a real delight. We'll be there again.
