Everything is this apartment is just perfect! Let's start with the amazing view from your living room with french windows. There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and 4 baths, so it's convenient for all the guests. There is everything inside for your stay. Fast wifi network that is very rare in Istanbul. The place was very clean and worm when we get inside. Host was friendly and help us with free parking for our cars and overall stay. So the conclusion is that this was one of the best airbnb's that we've stay in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

We really had a great time here! The area is really nice, althought turistic but a great sence of neighbourhood in it:) Everything went well with Özlem, she answers quickly and was super helpfull and friendly!

Ahmet was a great host. I set this up for my husband to stay. He was very helpful, when my husband had trouble connecting with a taxi driver. Ahmet was so kind to help. Ahmet recommended getting food delivered and was able to help out. I would say he’s the most accommodating host. I would recommend anyone who passes through or wants to relax, to come and stay at his place.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.
