Pode muito simplesmente ficar em casa com todo o conforto e prazer de desfrutar da vista deslumbrante ou ir a pé para todo o lado: praia, restaurantes e cafés, o mercado local de marisco e peixe, clube de vela, campo de ténis, parque infantil, mini-golfe, fazer windsurf, kite, paddle, canoa ou passear pelos passadiços das dunas ou da ria.

"Casa do Areal"

The house is 3 steps from the beautiful Costa Nova beach, with its typical colorful houses. The apartment has been renovated and is in excellent condition. The market, with fresh fish and seafood, is a 5-minute walk away. The famous chocolate casings of Costa Nova, next to the Ria, are right next door, as well as a wide range of restaurants. The city of Aveiro, with its canals and tourist attractions, is just a 10-minute drive away. It is the perfect place for a great vacation.

The Seagull Beach House - sea and lighthouse right there!!

Apartment next to the Lighthouse, in a pedestrian area, 20 meters from the sand. Great views of the beach and entrance to Porto de Aveiro. Surrounded by restaurants and terraces. The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The kitchen, bright and well equipped, has induction hob and oven, washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine and dining table. Very spacious room. The perfect location for some holiday by the sea. Now with elevator!!!!
