We offer guest rooms in a late-1960s family home, located in a residential neighbourhood right next to the famous Vista Alegre porcelain factory. It’s a cosy and homely place, ideal for travellers staying more than one night and looking for a calm, lived-in atmosphere. A supermarket and several cafés are just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The beaches of Costa Nova, Barra, are about 10 km away, and the city of Aveiro is just 8 km from the house.

Quinta das Águias is located in a valley where Ribeira do Fontão passes, which supplied the old windmills of the 19th century property. XVIII. The farm is 3 minutes from the A25, A29 and A1 motorways. 10 min from Aveiro City and 15min from Costa Nova and Barra beaches.

Guest house is separate from my place but in the same property.
