Boat of Garten is a beautiful village situated in the Spey Valley. It is an ideal base for many sporting and nature activities in summer and winter. There is even a steam train that runs past the bottom of the garden. The village has a grocery store, cafe, hotel and a restaurant. Our bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge with a beautiful view. We also have a utility room which is great for drying wet gear and storing wellies!

A tranquil garden space is presented with well-kept hedges and a variety of plants. A wooden picnic table is positioned on gravel, alongside a rustic bench made from logs. Bird feeders hang from the trees, inviting local wildlife to the area.

Using the local orbital pathway, it is approximately, a 20min walk to the main street. Close to the Speyside Way, The Birdhouse is a great base for all outdoor activities or relaxing in a pretty home in quiet surroundings. The house is a short 10 min walk from the nearest shops with supermarket & takeaway.
