Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. WinterBerry Barn is a gorgeous 1 bedroom cottage with everything you could possibly need for a cosy country getaway. It has a beautiful wood fired hot tub .Every aspect of the property is finished to the highest standard. Oak finish throughout with raw natural beams flowing through the property to really give it that warm country feel. Close to all the wonderful local amenities such as the beautiful market town of romsey only a 5 minute drive! Also the beautiful historic city of Winchester.

The garden annexe to Coopers Farmhouse. This self-contained unit is upstairs, above our garage, with a balcony overlooking gorgeous fields and garden. You enter the living room with a mini-kitchen, TV and sitting area and sofa bed (king). Through an archway (no door) and in the bedroom the twin beds can zip together and be made into a lovely big double if required. Finally, an ensuite shower room. A small continental breakfast will be left for your first morning's stay.
