Röstånga vång - simple accommodation for 2-3 people

Beautiful rural location just outside Röstånga. Functional and fresh. You have two floors of about 25 sqm built in the gable of a barn all to yourself. The bedroom is upstairs, but the stairs have no handrail. The kitchen has two hotplates, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. No oven. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The sofa bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately is not so comfortable for sleeping. NOTE: towels, sheets and cleaning are included!

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

The house is close to Söderåsen National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there are plenty of opportunities for short or long excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or cycling on exercise bikes. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with children, solo adventurers, couples or those on a longer trip, and need a simple overnight stay on the way.

A self-built and lovely Tinyhouse in our garden, in a quiet residential area. Free parking and WiFi. Access to playground in our garden if desired. There is outdoor furniture and the possibility to barbecue. There is also an electric car charger that can be borrowed for a fee. Five minutes' walking distance to both store and pizzeria. 7 minutes from the E6 highway. About 10 km to the nearest city, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)
