There are wonderful woodland walks and access to the Southwest Coast Path and a ‘Secret’ private beach! The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

A grade 2 listed 5-star converted granary. Bright and airy, with upstairs sitting room and kitchenette, with feature oak beams. Views of the historic courtyard and the Axe River valley. Downstairs is a large double bedroom, on-suite shower room, and built-in washing machine. A sunny area outside for relaxing with coffee or wine. 5 minutes drive to the beach and cliffs at Seaton, 10 minutes to the fishing village of Beer, 10 minutes to Sidmouth, and to Lyme Regis. Close to pubs and restaurants.

Heather Hideaway is a cosy annexe. It’s completely self-contained, with its own private entrance. No shared spaces. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a convenience store 200m away. Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approximately 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, with easy access to the Southwest Coast Path.

The Squeeze is a modern bungalow located in the heart of the Jurassic Coast. Nestled at the end of a narrow shared driveway, the bungalow offers an open plan living space, leading to a double bedroom and bathroom. All finished to a high standard the property includes Wifi, Smart TV and a Kingsize bed. Ideally located within a short walking distance for all local amenities, including Seaton's pubs, shops and restaurants. Welcome pack including Tea, Coffee, milk etc.

At the end of the day's excursions, there's a beautiful courtyard garden to return to and enjoy early evening pre dinner drinks.

Axe View Hideout is a tucked-away, peaceful, quiet space, blessed with gorgeous views of the Axe valley. Less than a mile from Colyton, we are an environmentally conscious place trying to keep our impact low. Well-connected to town (5-10 minute walk), with no light pollution or passing traffic at night.

Lidyates Cottage sits in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley close to the Jurassic Coast. This charming one bedroom cottage sleeps two (plus one or two on a sofa bed) and has everything needed for a comfortable stay including a pretty fully enclosed private garden. It is also dog friendly!
