Penthouse apartment with spacious wrap-around balcony in newly built modern apartment building with spectacular 270-degree view over Cuenca and the mountains. 24-hour security guard, private parking in garage, high-speed internet and in-unit washer & dryer. Each bedroom has a full attached bathroom plus guest bathroom in entrance. On ground floor and around the building are many great restaurants and shops (3 ceviche places, very good hamburger place, fresh juice bar and many others).

Hacienda Chan Chan is nestled in the mountains high above Cuenca. The TreeHouse is even higher up, possibly the world's highest (elevation) tree house. It is remote and secluded, the ideal get away for adventurous travelers. We now offer guests a ride up to the treehouse on horseback when they arrive (or car). Guests will need to coordinate with us to arrange a time. Check in needs to be before 5h30 pm. It is difficult to get to the treehouse after it is dark.
