Waterfront holiday rentals in Azuay

Our stay was excellent, the apartment is as described in the photos, it is very cozy and we felt right at home. The area is quiet and there are several food outlets and pharmacies nearby, both on foot and by car. In conclusion, the apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities to enjoy a family stay ♥️🙏🏻

The apartment was very nice: quiet, clean and comfortable. Teresa was a great host. She helped us by finding a driver to take us to the airport very early in the morning as we had an early morning flight back to Quito. But the best thing about the apartment was the location. The apartment is located in the historic district three blocks from Parque Calderon. There are many excellent restaurants and interesting museums also within a few blocks. We enjoyed our stay. Cuenca is a very interesting city!

The Airb&b was really nice. We went with my family, a total of 5 people and we felt super comfortable, like at home, the beds were amazing. Cuenca is one of the most beautiful cities in Ecuador.

The apartment is very modern, comfortable, clean, nice, perfect for my family of 4, the area is very safe and nice for walking. Samuel was always attentive to us, we will surely be back.

I loved the place, from the environment to the cozy of the place, the photos do not do the truth, everything was very clean very well organized, the owner was very kind, we really loved it, we were 7 but the space was enough and the whole house was already equipped, we felt right at home ,I hope to come back again 🥹

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy and well-maintained home in Cuenca. Casa Linda’s location is quiet but close to everything, including the tranvía and Tomebamba River. The house had everything we needed — comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, a beautiful garden, and plenty of space for our group. Perfect for families or long stays. Highly recommended!

A room that evokes a call to reflection through nature and the appeal of a cozy cabin (in every sense of this word). The host is attentive and willing to clear any questions. The entrance is easy and good access. The cabin comes with everything you need for a few days of freedom. Friends, believe me when I mention (no interest), that they will not regret.

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).
