Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Azusa

It was peaceful I tv felt like home the only thing Is two of the doors a room and a bathroom didn’t close it was missing the strike hardware

The property itself is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity we could need. The cozy, modern interior made us feel right at home, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cooking.

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

My kids and I enjoyed our weekend at Hugo’s place we felt at home very comfortable and we made some good memories there we would definitely book again in the future. It was kid friendly with building blocks, and other outdoor activities stored in the garage we enjoyed the backyard space as well.

Great host & responsive. Great location also. Had no issues with the stay and it’s a very cute place with a nice outside area.

We had such an amazing week staying at this beautiful home! The owner was very attentive and was super helpful when asked questions! We were only suppose to stay for a few days but we loved the house so much that we had to extend! Close to the gym, mall, and restaurants! Do not hesitate in grabbing this place! The place itself is exactly as expected Mx communication from the host is 5star service. The parking is in the ground floor honestly every time you wanna leave it’s a 5 min process to just get to the car. But at least there is free parking. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi was the perfect temp. Place was clean and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s apartment! The space was beautiful, very clean, and had a perfect balance of modern design with just the right amount of charm. Kayla was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the Warner Bros. Studios and explored several great restaurants in the area. It’s also close to everything—Burbank Airport, Hollywood Blvd, WeHo, and NoHo were all just a short drive away. One of my favorite parts of the mornings was waking up to the sound of birds singing—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. You can even see the WB Studios right from the window! There's construction across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive during our stay. The convenient parking in the back was also a big plus. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding blackout window treatments in the bedroom—the morning sun is quite bright. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we’

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

Highly recommended place! We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 3 teenage kids. For all of us is was the first time in LA, so this place was the perfect location: close to LAX, close to the beach, close to a number of cosy and tasty restaurants. We appreciated the cleanliness, clear communication and the amenities provided. The garage was a plus! The beds are comfy, but if you are a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs as you do the planes from LAX. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!

My family of 4 had an excellent week renting Yen & Maria’s cabin! Cute, cozy, and had everything we needed! Close to lake/town but far enough away for peace and privacy! If you’re a Paraglider like myself, the launch is 50ft away from backyard. Location, location, location! Thank you! We hope to be back! 🪂

Loved our stay! Lisa was very accommodating and the home was even more charming in person. Jacuzzi was so relaxing especially with the beautiful surrounding scenery. Appreciated the fully stocked coffee bar!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for a weekend! The view from the patio was so pretty, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Beds, couches, and outdoor furniture were clean, and we really appreciated the Keurig cups for coffee in the mornings :) Our two young kids had a wonderful time as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Sadies place. We brought the grandkids up for the weekend and the kids had a great time . Everything is well thought of here very kid oriented , had pack n play , high chair , toys and books too. Also had pet supplies for your pets too. I didn't bring my pet , but i will next time. Cabin has Everything you need . Jacuzzi was nice and hot, we even roasted smores on the firepit . Definitely coming back and Definitely recommend. Sadie had great communication and let us check in early and out late .
