It's in a convenient location, with a park, a parking space, CCTV, a green terrace where you can have a coffee and dry your clothes, as well as a smoking area. There's independent heating, a spacious bedroom, and you can also sleep in the living room – the sofa folds out. Nearby there are markets, a calm area, the park is in 10-13 minutes walk.
