Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

We've also installed solar panels to keep you powered up, even during outages (hybrid solar)
