The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender. With sauna, garden, lounge. It is 3 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). The inn and village store are a 5-minute walk.

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

The apartment is located in the Jadorf district overlooking the Hoher Göll. The town center can be reached in a few minutes by car or bike. Parking is available free of charge. Pets are allowed in agreement with the landlord.
