Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. The private holiday home Rabennest-Gütl in Bad Ischl, located in the Salzkammergut region, offers 160 m² of living space for up to 6 guests – ideal for couples, friends or families. The charming historic wooden house (built in 1976) features a sauna, fireplace and exclusive access to a private swimming spot at nearby Lake Wolfgangsee. Quietly situated on a 3-hectare natural property, just a few minutes from Bad Ischl – a retreat for nature, privacy and slowing down. A paradise for dogs.

Luxury Chalet "Saphire"

The beautifully located chalet with stunning views of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski resort at an altitude of about 900 m. The chalet is very cozy and modernly furnished with top amenities. Particularly noteworthy are 4 en-suite bedrooms, i.e. with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Our highlight – heated outdoor swim spa with counter-current system. This opens and closes comfortably via an automatic electronic motor control.

Green rabbits

The newly built wooden house is located on a hillside of Bad Ischl. It combines the tradition of summer vacation with the longing for winter warmth. The house offers plenty of space for a holiday together in the countryside, with mountain views, on 120 square meters and a terrace extending over two sides. The living and dining area with kitchen alone covers 50 square meters. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer retreats, plus the outdoor sauna with a view!

This is your true alpine luxury destination! A place where you can bring your family and friends and experience the amazing ski and hiking area of Hochkönig and Ski Amadé. On top of that there are terraces around the chalet with amazing views through the valley.

Welcome to our dog-friendly vacation home on idyllic Lake Attersee! Enjoy the lake view and nature. The house offers space for 5 people, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
