Die Vilco und die Vilbeler Innenstadt sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The large living room with dining area is beautifully bright with large windows to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hot plates, microwave with baking function, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes. REWE, pizza, restaurant, hairdresser, etc. within a 4-minute walk.

Downtown Mainz penthouse

Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has a very unique style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.
