Historic villa with charm

The charming Gründerzeit villa is located in the center of Markkleeberg in the south of Leipzig. We have lovingly renovated it in a historic setting. By S-Bahn train, you are in the city of Leipzig in 15 minutes. Lake Cospuden is within walking distance (5 minutes by bike). The room is located on the first floor next to our kitchen. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Bikes can be locked in our garage. Parking is possible on the street. The S-Bahn and bus can be reached quickly. There are several supermarkets nearby.

Wonderful room with own balcony

The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is on the same floor as the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

An outdoor area features a well-maintained pool surrounded by a wooden deck. Lush greenery and decorative shrubs provide a natural border, while a covered seating area is evident nearby. The clear sky contributes to a serene atmosphere, ideal for relaxation.

Unser schönes Landhaus hat insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer über 2 Etagen. Auf ca 190 qm gibt es 2 Bäder, eine große Küche mit Terrasse und Lounge Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Kaminzimmer und Sauna. Im Aussenbereich findet ihr einen 1500qm Garten mit Fußballtoren, kleinem Basketballcourt und einen 11m Pool ( Juni - Sep). Die überdachte Aussenterrasse und BBQ Grill laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Leider hat der Pool keine Sicherheitsabdeckung und aus diesem Grund ist die Villa nur fuer Schwimmer geeignet

The manor house was built in 1906. It is surrounded by a very large courtyard area, which today is used more for events than for agriculture.
