The mini house is close to a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surroundings are ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Detached house just a few meters from the bobsleigh track in Lipno nad Vltavou. Loučovice is a place for outdoor and nature lovers, not so much for people looking for restaurants or night life like is it in the centre of Lipno The appartment accommodates up to 7 (4 beds+3 sofa beds). It has the main room with a kitchenette, a master bedroom, smaller bedroom and a hall. There's a bathroom and 2 WC ! lowered ceilings - 2m!

Arrival by public transport is possible (we pick you up from the bus station - shopping on site is possible). If you want and come by car, you can also make a day trip to Cesky Krumlov, Prague, Passau, Vienna or Linz. Couples, solo travelers and families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed.
