Inside, enjoy a queen-sized bed, a comfy living area with a TV and Wi-Fi, a sleeping couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. In winter, explore the Tauplitz ski area, and in summer relax on the patio, hike or visit nearby lakes. Perfect for couples, solo travellers, or small families.

The bright and quietly located apartment for up to four people is equipped with many loving details, as well as underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, TV, spacious wardrobe, walk-in shower and toys :) In winter, the high-altitude ski resorts of Tauplitz and Loser are easily accessible for ski and cross-country skiers, as is the beautiful Narzissentherme in Bad Aussee. And to make the vacation feeling last longer, I'm happy to allow late check-out on request!

Hiking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, while lthe surrounding lakes are reachable within 15-20 minutes. The GrimmingTherme spa and local shops are only a few minutes away. Perfect base for active summer days. Day trips to Hallstatt are easily possible.

The Spa Suite Top 3 really deserve its name, it is a real wellness oasis in the mountains.<br>The holiday apartment impresses with its modern alpine style and a top location in the middle of the ski resort "Tauplitz".<br>High-quality natural materials such as solid wood and loden were used in the furnishings, making the apartment incredibly comfortable and inviting. You will definitely feel comfortable and cosy immediately.<br><br>

This apartment is located on the 1st floor and has 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom as well as 1 bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. A stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen utensils await in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment also offers a balcony with garden view, a hallway washing machine and a flat-screen satellite TV. Note on room layout The bathroom/WC is only accessible via the bedroom.
