Swindon Tiny House. Funky and Cosy

The Tiny house is located in the corner of our mature garden with its own private guest access. It is 7 by 9 feet, so not big, but has all necessary comforts and feels bigger than it's size Solidly built, fully insulated, double glazed, with power and heat and lighting. A few paces away is the toilet and shower room plus microwave for use by guests. The house has a 24" tv, radio, kettle, toaster and small fridge. Wi-Fi: Tea, coffee on tap, otherwise self catering. There is a supermarket close

There is a comfortable living area with 42” sky tv, spacious kitchen with dining table and all appliances, downstairs bathroom with Bath & Shower over, new timber staircase leading to double bedroom with free view tv and walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom has two velux windows overlooking the beautiful countryside. Outside is a private courtyard/garden area with hot tub Breakfast hamper upon request

Newly refurbished private annexe in a quiet village location which is attached to a historic thatched cottage. This includes a kitchenette and en suite. There is ample parking and a secure garage for bikes. We are a family of 4, with a dog and 3 chickens (free eggs!) Chiseldon is ideally located outside of Swindon with access to the M4 (J15). Great Western Hospital is 5 mins away. Swindon station has excellent links to London, Bath and Bristol. The Ridgeway is a short walk or cycle away.

Newly refurbished Garden Studio in peaceful Ogbourne St George, only 4 miles from the historic market town of Marlborough (the Parade Cinema is a favourite) with the beautiful Ridgeway and Marlborough Downs a short walk away and the ancient Savernake Forest only 10 minutes drive, all with wonderful walks and bike rides.
