Studio at central location, for max. 2-4 pax. With balcony. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a numbered parking space (normal car). It has an open living area with sleeping alcove and double bed, closet for clothes. A sofa with sleeping function for max. 2 pax, as well as a flat screen TV and small table with chairs for eating. Small kitchen and bathroom with tub and toilet. Utility room for storage. Central location to Zurich, Baden and Oerlikon is ideal. Bus stop in front of the door

Zum goldenen Schaf

Die kleine Wohnung mit viel Charme findest du im ersten Stock in einem über 500 Jahre alten Haus. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles, was du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Haus liegt mitten im Zentrum und doch etwas abseits vom Trubel. Gerade um die Ecke gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Sehr gut erreichbar sind auch die Naherholungsgebiete, sei es zu Fuss oder mit den öffentlichen Bussen. Kulturell hat die Stadt so einiges zu bieten.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Maisonett-Wohnung mit Sicht über das Limmattalaus seid ihr in wenigen Minuten in Baden oder innert 20 Minuten in Zürich. Ideal angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und nähe der Autobahn. Die Wohnung hat eine grosse Wohnfläche mit lichtdurchfluteten, grossen Räumlichkeiten. Ein Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht vom Esszimmer erreichbar und ein Garten südseitig. Die offene Küche ist mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet und hat eine grosszügige Arbeitsfläche.
