Ker Maïan – House close to the sea

Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean, our house is a family landmark. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, its peaceful location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike. You will be close to all amenities (60 m from the tourist office, 150 m from the bakery, 500 m from the grocery store and market). Beaches are less than 1 km away. For our comfort and yours, the house and its garden were completely renovated in 2023.

Pier for the islands 800 m away. Equipped kitchen, living room, terrace on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with balcony and 2 bathrooms. CLEANING TO BE PROVIDED IN ADDITION €75. Don't take the car anymore! Beach & center within walking distance

Lovely house ((50m2) close to shops, the beach, and the train station. Put your bags down, you no longer need to take the car! You will appreciate this place for its calm, because this pretty little house is protected at the bottom of a alley with a pretty south-facing garden, enclosed by walls. It consists of a ground floor bedroom with a 140 bed. A mezzanine ( ** miller's ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 beds, and a shower room.

House of 45 m² ideal for 4 people. Ker Grenat is tastefully furnished, to offer you maximum comfort. Labeled 3 Clévacances for its charm and comfort. It is located a 5-minute walk from the village of Baden, facing the golf course and at the foot of many hiking trails. Charming little courtyard house renovated by the architect owner. Made of bio-sourced materials (hemp and wood) for a contemporary and warm atmosphere. Ideal starting point for visiting the Gulf of Morbihan, Quiberon Bay, the Carnac alignments or playing golf in Baden. Walking distance to shops, bakery, café, creperie, market every Friday night. The sea is a 10-minute drive away. Buses connect Baden to Vannes train station. No pets allowed.
