Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Baghdad

Super hoster, welcomed us in the middle of the night. Very good English. The apartment is new and well equipped. The neighborhood is calm and safe. Rather far from the city center but taxi operates well.

Mohammed is an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at his apartments.

Mo, was a great host, very responsive and friendly, it was an experience worth every dollar We requested an early check-in and he responded with positivity and support. Mohammad’s place was wonderful! Very high quality interior and furniture, spacious and full of amenities. Its a perfect place to stay, central location, given its proximity to Mansour and Yarmouk districts. Mohammad was very friendly and his staff were very supportive. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing host, very helpful and informative. Very neat well equipped place, clean and modern bathroom. Everything new and well maintained. Outside one building is under construction so we heard drills in the morning but can’t complaint much about it. On Friday you can hear very loud prayers at 4 am and during day time. We haven’t had hair dryer however that’s not a very problematic situation in warm weather. Shower is amazing. Host prepared water for arrival. I wish we had tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil and dry pasta, bread, fruits in the kitchen for arrival as we haven’t had anything for breakfast. Everything else was perfect. Thank you

Ali's place was in a great area in Baghdad. Plenty of restaurants and shops with several small local markets and bakeries within walking distance. Ali's in-residence employees were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a great stay and hope to come back soon. I highly recommend the place for anyone visiting Baghdad for short or long stay.

A well placed option that is rapidly becoming a favourite hostel type accommodation in Baghdad. With comfortable areas for relaxation, good kitchen access and a magnanimous host in Ali making for a perfect recipe for travellers to be welcomed within. Yes I would definitely return here on future visits to the city.
