Located a few minutes from the city center, just 2 minutes from the motorway exit, in a green and quiet area, well served by public transport.
“A cozy apartment where you can stop and spend time in complete independence and tranquility. Simone is very keen to give a warm environment with a strong personality that makes you feel immediately at ease! The location is very strategic for those who want to avoid the chaos and traffic of the center, and well served by buses that take you to Florence in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!”
Near the historic center of Florence and Fiesole, the accommodation is located in a residential area along the Arno river. In a quiet and ideal location for visiting the center of Florence, connected by bus to Florence (bus no. 14A) and for walks along the cycle path to the center. Accommodation located on the ground floor of a small building, with independent entrance. The accommodation is fully equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. You can park your car for free.
“Just a chic apartment in a suburb of Florence. Clean air, silence. The apartment is all new. 2 air conditioners, heater. You can cook. Everything is clean and comfortable. Large comfortable bed, 3 blankets. Free parking. To the city center go about 10 minutes by car, or 15 by bus. The stop is very close. The most convenient option for Florence”
The area is inside the first countryside of Florence, so you'll stay on a hill over the city, just at its entrance, very near by to the centre. Our place is connected with public transport with 30 min of bus (of course it depends on the traffic situation) to the central station. From the bus station there are 3 minutes of walk to get to the house. By car is very near by Firenze-sud highway exit. You'd love the place because of the privacy and quiet environment, and the magic atmosphere.
“Clean room and bathroom in historical building in a beautiful setting on a hill. We especially enjoyed breakfast in our private garden with breathtaking view of Florence! The family is very helpful and welcoming. We didn't have our own transport, which was not a problem at all. The supermarket is a 20 minute walk. Restaurants, bars, ATM's and shops are at 15 minute walking distance and the bus to Florence at 10 minute walking distance. We booked city tour and opera night in advance, in order to jump the lines. Florence is a beautiful town with so many interesting places attracting so many tourists. We took a public bus to Greve in Chianti and enjoyed the Tuscan scenery on the way and the pittoresk town where there's a wine-tasting event every now and then at the old market place.”
