In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. The location of the cottage will allow you to immerse yourself in the heart of our wine-growing region.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
