This 75 m² house with unobstructed views offers a natural and soothing setting 5 minutes from Puy-en-Velay and Polignac. Completely renovated house, outdoor garden with trees and flowers. The winegrower's house includes 2 bedrooms (possibility to lend an inflatable mattress if 3 children or a cot with mattress), a kitchen/dining room, a living room, a bathroom with separate toilet and a laundry room. You will enjoy the outdoors with a terrace, balcony and garden areas.

Bordered by the forest and surrounded by vast spaces, the house enjoys absolute calm to enjoy nature at the edge of the Loire gorges, not far from the Ardèche and Lozère. Former pigsty of my grandfather, the house has been completely renovated in recent years to offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay.

It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, and double bedroom. Our cottage is suitable for walkers, as well as couples wanting to enjoy the calm and beauty of nature of the Haute-Loire. A Home Made breakfast is possible if we are present.
