Ce fabuleux logement vous offre de bons moments en perspective. Au bord du canal, l'amarre de 14m peut accueillir un bateau. Sa grande terrasse et sa piscine sont appréciées par tous. Elle se situe à 5mn de la plage. Elle est spacieuse avec ses 5 ch et ses 4 SDB, sa cuisine extérieure propose une plancha et un barbecue. Un canoé kayak rigide pour 2, un babyfoot et 4 vélos sont mis à disposition. De belles prestations intérieures et extérieures. Piscine chauffée sur demande ( avec supplément).

Fine, Great View, Location, Top Pool, Parking

Finamente decorado, la mejor calidad en electrodomesticos, TV ULTRAMODERNO, mejor Ubicacion, cerca del mar, estacion de bus, estacion de tren. Imnumerables bares, restaurantes, grandes supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas excelentes vacaciones. No es necesario el automovil, pero de todos modos hay explanada, tambien parking de pago y disponemos de parking (gratuito),techado en cercanias. Plaza de 13 M2, mide 5x2,60, para coches pequeño + moto o bicicletas.

It is one out of 2 apartments rented in the house, situated in a quiet residencial neighbourhood close to forrest and beach. Apartament molt ben situat, a 150 m del centre i a 400 m de la platja. Zona molt tranquil·la, fins i tot en ple estiu, ideal per descansar amb l'avantatge d'estar a prop de tot. Aparcament gratuït a 50 metres. Aire condicionat. Wifi. Netflix Terrassa de 60 m2, amb taula i cadires i tres gandules per relaxar-se. Altura de la terrassa no aconsellable per nens petits. Apartament amb tot allò que necessites com a casa. Tovalloles de platja (4) i parasol. Gaudeix de l'estada !!
