The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Alternatively, the city center is 20 minutes by car. Beach is 25 minutes by car.Car recommended. Nature, peaceful, beautiful sunsets.

Casa con encanto

Ideal house to retire a few days alone or with the couple. It has a room with a very comfortable double bed and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. There is a tmbn sofa bed.It should be noted that the accommodation is totally independent but right next to me.The patio can be enjoyed by you, I have another independent space. We only share the entrance to the street, and to enter my house I enter through the courtyard.

Overpowered historic neighborhood near Barcelona

Overland studio with beautiful view. It has a "living room" space separate from the lounging area space. The ceilings are very charming, although some parts are at a low height (lounging area). Office with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc... does not HAVE A STOVE FOR COOKING ! Full bathroom. Wifi, Smart TV. Large 45m terrace with protective awning, built-in barbecue, tables, sofas and sun loungers to enjoy the outdoors and the good weather.
