Cozy home with garden & parking at the beach town

Our little house is cozy and ideal to enjoy life in a small beach town. It is located in the center of Vilanova a few minutes from the promenade, the train station. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk from the beach. It has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two overlooking the garden and another is inside but all are well ventilated and rests very well in them), bathroom, laundry room, toilet, terrace, parking and private garden.

A private pool reflects sunlight, surrounded by sleek stone walls and palm trees. The adjacent patio is designed for relaxation, featuring a sunbed and a covered seating area. Large glass doors lead to the indoor dining space, enhancing the open-air ambiance.
