Cosy studio close to the thermal spa and the beach

Our cosy studio awaits you! This flat has been completely refurbished and has all the facilities you'll need for a pleasant stay. It's on the 3rd and top floor of the residence (no lift), with a balcony where you can eat and enjoy an aperitif in peace and quiet. There's also a private cellar for storing your bikes, with an electric socket for recharging. Ideally located, the Balaruc-Les-Bains thermal baths are 450 metres away and the Etang de Thau and its beaches are 200 metres away.

A loggia features a seating area created with wooden pallets, topped with decorative cushions. A small table and a lantern are positioned on the floor. Large glass windows allow natural light to fill the space, offering a view of the surrounding greenery.

Appartement chaleureux et agréable à Balaruc-les-Bains. Situé au troisième et dernier étage d’une résidence sécurisée avec ascenseur et parking. La résidence est dotée d'un local à vélos. Idéalement placé à proximité de l’étang de Thau, le logement est parfait pour profiter d’un séjour reposant, que ce soit pour une cure thermale ou une découverte de la région. Vous bénéficierez d’un cadre paisible pour un séjour tout en sérénité. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Non fumeur.
