The 60m² sunny, modernly designed apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an imposing civic house with elevator on an extremely quiet street. It sleeps 4, equipped with a fridge and heating air conditioning, free wifi and a TV. Public transport is available a one-minute walk away, and there are a grocery shop, a tobacconist’s, restaurants and cafés nearby. Ideal choice for relaxing and sightseeing! Free parking available on weekends!

The apartment, which was handed over in 2024, offers demanding accommodation close to the city center, which can be reached by public transport in ~5 minutes and by walking in ~10 minutes. The first floor of the building is accessible by elevator and has a covered balcony. Free, covered parking in the enclosed courtyard. Both rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a 108 cm and a 140 cm LED TV, free cable TV and wifi. A full American kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee and tea making facilities.

The apartment is located in the center of the city. You won't need a car, as almost all attractions, restaurants, confectioneries and entertainment venues are within walking distance. In one direction, the pedestrian street of the city center, Kárász Street, is 150 meters away, while in the other direction, you can reach the banks of the Tisza at the same distance. The famous Dome Square, where the Szeged Open Air Games are held, is also not far away, only a 200-meter walk away.

The Mars Square market and bus station are located 5 minutes walk from the apartment, the city center is about 15 minutes walk, (Szeged Árkád 10 minutes, Szeged Cathedral 25 minutes).
