Our attraction is that we rent out the entire house and do not distribute our properties to apartments! Those who stay with us consider the proximity to the waterfront are important, they don't like to share a garden or property with others. Three generations of families and adult groups are looking for our properties, and more and more of our returning guests.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

In the middle of the vineyards on the northern shore of Lake Balaton lies the Tabódy Villa, built in the middle of the 19th century, high above Lake Balaton. The property was renovated in 2011. As part of these construction measures, a luxurious guest apartment on approx. 150m² was built in the former attic. Since 2013, the old part of the villa can also be rented.
