The Füge Cabin on the Rozmaring Estate is a unique, nature-friendly accommodation on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, where both active recreation and quiet retreat lovers will find themselves. This is the Hungarian Tuscany itself, among the vineyards with a wonderful panorama, with the song of cicadas. If required, a two-view tour gift is available. Two bicycles can be used for free. It is located 8-10 minutes from the shore and 5 minutes from the shops on foot. There are 2 cats on the property, so no pets are allowed.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

Two-story family vacation home. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and a secure parking space. The house is child and pet-friendly. The vacation home is equipped with a crib and a high chair for young children, as well as a safety gate at the top of the stairs. In the nearly 800-square-meter garden, there is a barbecue area with a large outdoor seating area. The apartment is located close to the waterfront, in a quiet, newly developed area. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Balatonszemes is a good choice in many aspects to spend the holidays. It's central location gives you many possibilities to reach easily and quickly the other villages and thermal baths in the neighbourhood and the northern side aswell.The house can be found on the shore of Lake Balaton, opposite the entrance of the local beach. It's about 200-250 meters far from the port and the center of the village.
