Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. Our apartment house was built in Balatonudvar in 2025. Ideal for relaxation, but the main attractions of Lake Balaton are also accessible, whether by bike, car or train, so you don't have to give up the hustle and bustle. The beach of the settlement satisfies all needs; beach section for children, huge playground, beach football, volleyball, water bike, boat, SUP rental. The house is 200 meters from the beach. You don't have to cram the rubber mattress into the car :) and you don't have to fight for parking spaces either.

The courtyard features a small pool for hot summer days, while the nearest beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Please note that while the Countryhouse itself is fully private, the outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the other units. The garden offers plenty of spots for everyone to relax comfortably.

The 180m2 exclusive home is the perfect place for friendly families to relax together. The house has 3 double bedrooms, as well as a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

A nappalit a terasszal üvegajtók kötik össze. Nagy kert van, játszótérrel.

Perfect for hikers and cyclists. The stairs to the gallery are steep, so come with children who are not yet climbing or are already climbing safely. I provide a travel bed, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair for babies.

Located in the heart of Balatonfüred, this old bourgeois villa is the perfect choice for families and small groups of friends. 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room and dining room ensure that everyone can fit comfortably. Upstairs, there's also a play corner for kids to enjoy their time together. The building, which is over 100 years old, has a unique atmosphere. The old windows, tiled stove, high ceilings all enhance the patina of the house.
