Graziosa villetta dotata di ogni comfort (Wi-Fi, TV, caffè, DVD, lettore musicale, barbecue). Il delizioso giardino privato con piscina e ampio porticato sono perfetti per abbandonarsi al relax. La villetta ha al piano primo di camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e, al piano terra, di divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, dove è presente un secondo bagno.

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Excellent position, not far from Lucca and close to a restaurant/pizzeria. The farmhouse has been recently restored and divided into eight units of which only a few are habitually utilized. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature in one of Lucca's wine regions "Colline Lucchesi" which produces excellent wines.
